Julia Faidleygrew up in Hershey, Pennsylvania, but has called New York City home for thepast 30 years. She was drawn to the idea of birth as a healthy and a normallife transition and decided to pursue becoming a midwife. During those years, she worked as a labor support doula, raised two children, and spent several yearsas a hospice nurse. Julia has also contributed as an auditor, a member of thequality and compliance team, and a clinical educator. She graduated fromFrontier Nursing University's midwifery program in 2017.
