Description
Dr. Canaani received his MD from The University of Tel Aviv School of Medicine followed by residency in Internal Medicine at The Tel Aviv Medical Center, and laboratory research at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
He completed a clinical fellowship in hematology/oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and subsequently served as the director of the Adult Leukemia Program of The Sheba Medical Center. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine caring for patients with blood cancers as part of the NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Brooklyn.
