We offer a free consultation to determine your needs, and we will provide a flat fee quote on the package of documents that suit your needs. Not everyone needs a trust -- that's something to think about when you have property and other major assets. However, everyone with minor children should have a standard will. Additionally, we can discuss if you need to give someone a power of attorney, and/or a healthcare proxy (a living will), which allows your designated representative to make healthcare choices on your behalf.
