Better than going to apple and waiting
Great price (since he's fixing it with a standard apple screen not an off brand screen) better than going to apple and waiting. He fixes it infront of you in literally 10 minutes and there's a year warranty. I recommend Max to everyone.

Very knowledgeable
Again, the owner was able to assist me with a problem on a phone. Went there today and was out in 10 minutes. It would have been faster but I asked a lot of questions because I know nothing about computers or phones. Very knowledgeable and professional. Won't go any where but here for help.

He saved the day!
I came by with my iPhone and Max hooked me up with a screen repair with an original Apple screen with a one year warranty! The phone was ready in minutes when I desperately needed my Phone. He saved the day!

They gave me a reasonable price
I dropped my phone in February and the screen shattered. I was hesitant of replacing my screen because my sister replaced her screen once and the people who did the service for her didn't do a proper job and her phone stopped working. However a good friend of mine raved about Cyber on U and I decided to go. The service was excellent. He replaced my screen and I was in and out of their in 15 minutes. It was been a few weeks and their are no problems with my phone. I am very satisfied with the service I received. They gave me a reasonable price, even cheaper than I was offered previously. I highly recommend going to Cyber on U for your electronic repair needs.

Very professional, excellent service, and he keeps his word
I was just about to throw out my Samsung phone after having trouble hearing people on the line. I brought my phone in to Cyber on U on Sunday and Max said he could fix it. I was amazed. He said it would take 2-3 days for the part to come in. He said he would call me when the part came in and it would take 30 minutes to replace the part. I left with my phone since I was still able to speak to people on the speaker phone. Thursday, I got the call. I came in and he replaced the part in literally 15 minutes! Price was great and I was so happy not to shell out money to replace the phone. Very professional, excellent service, and he keeps his word. I highly recommend this business.

Bought the groupon to fix my iPhone 5s screen. Had two cracks. Brought it in and the wonderful man working there informed me my phone wasn't broken. It was just the glass screen protector. Awesome guy. Honest place. He could have just told me it was broken and made the money off of me. He didn't. I highly recommend them.

Max was right!
After two Apple ""geniuses"" insisted the problem with my iPhone 5 was not the battery, Max proved that it WAS the battery, and replaced it with a good one warrantied for a year. He also diagnosed a laptop wifi problem as a Win issue to be fixed by reinstalling Windows. Did that today, Max was right! I have 30+ years in IT, and though I am far from up to date, I have great tech radar, and you won't find any of it here (but do watch out for Apple). Last but not least - great prices, and Max is a really nice guy!

The man who did it was really helpful
I got my iPhone 5c screen fixed today. The man who did it was really helpful. He told me about missing screws and important pieces missing from my phone from a previous time when I fixed my screen. I appreciated his service and I will really recommend him to everyone I know.

This is my new place for tech help.
Cracked iPod and iPad led to my full tech doctor visit at Cyber on U. A friend recommended me and I was stoked! Prices were decent and there were so many options! Who knew I could choose screen types/home button modifications? Ipod was fixed on the spot and iPad should be ready today .This is my new place for tech help. Cute cat named Buddy too!

Broken IPad screen... Who fixes these things? MAX. I was very happy with the work. My IPad looks brand new! It was so inexpensive, I even bought a new protective cover. Cyber on U took care of it
I'm never going anywhere else for a cracked screen! I brought my iPad to some guy in Queens twice and it was still messed up so I looked on Yelp and found Cyber on U. The guy was really nice, had my iPad fixed the next day, and explained everything that happened in layman's terms =) The guy in Queens did more damage than good by super glueing everything together but Cyber on U took care of it very, very well and charged half the price - $75! Fast, great quality service for half the price of anyone else!!! Highly recommended

Max has helped me out three times
Max has helped me out three times. When my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro broke, he fixed it with no issue. When my Nexus 5 broke the first time, there were issues with the first replacement screen, but the second one worked just fine. I broke my Nexus 5 again, after falling in the street and he got the screen a day later. Overall, I have no complaints.

While he could not repair a Samsung Tab 4 because the cracked screen was factory glued, he did attempt to diagnose the problem and even gave an estimate of what someone who could attempt repairs would charge....I call that good service...

What an amazing place!
What an amazing place! Max greeted me as soon as I walked in and seeing my panicked look, clenching my destroyed iPhone 6 he reassured me he could recover it. It had been pierced through the screen by a chair leg. In less than 25 minutes not only did I have a new screen but a new battery. Max showed me that there was physical damage to the battery which could affect its life and my safety. He had a great deal on an Otterbox case and tempered glass screen protector too, $30 for the set.

I would leave Max more than 5 stars if I could! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly, reasonably priced! I walked in with a phone with a terribly cracked screen that could do nothing other than check the time. Less than 15 minutes later and Max made my phone seem as if it were brand new. I would definitely recommend him and most definitely will be going back to him for all my future tech problems!

Amazing service!
Amazing service! I cracked the screen of my iPhone 5s recently & thought I would be spending hundreds of dollars to replace it. I'm sooo glad that was not the case. After being quoted an outrageous amount in another store I decided to come here. The guy who worked on my phone was a sweetheart. He fixed my phone in under 20 minutes and at a fabulous price. My phone looks brand new! I really couldn't ask for more. I'm hoping I don't drop my phone again but I know I'll come back again if I do!

Tried to change Iphone battery on my own and broke the screen. Found this place and went there to fix it. The guy who fixed it(I assume it was the owner and sadly I did not catch his name) could not be nicer. He was very knowledgeable and within 30 minutes fixed my iPhone, which I thought was broken for good. Overall - a great and pleasant experience. Did not even expect it to be like that as I am so used to hustled at places like this. Highly recommend it for all your phone repairs. Want to send my thanks to the owner once again!!!

My Girlfriend bought a groupon to fix her iPhone screen. She let the groupon expire before using it, but it said we can pay full price and apply the cost of the groupon towards the fix even though it was expired and we would have to pay the balance. Went she went in, Max said all he would charge us was an additional $20.00 to fix the phone. He didn't have to do that, but he did, and now I will recommend this store to whoever needs a phone repair or accessories. Oh, and the phone was fixed in 15 minutes. Thank you Max for helping us out. If ever we need anything cell phone repairs or accessories, I will come to you guys! Thanks again!!!!!

Cyber on U is your one stop tech shop. The owner, Max is a wiz kid. My Pop dropped and shattered his Boost phone. It's the only phone he finds user friendly so I had to find someone who can fix it. Nobody could repair this phone. I finally did some more research and found Cyber on U. Max ordered the part that was needed and fixed it within a day. Never crowded, extremely friendly, fast, and efficient. That's what I like to see in a business, thanks Cyber on U!

I cracked my white Samsung Galaxy S5 screen while at work. I was feeling completely down on my luck after a not so great conversation with the phone company about my phone. I didn't want to wait 7-14 days for a new phone so the internet search began. Cyber on U was perfect due to the location and great service also very reasonable pricing. I came in and Max remembered my voice from our phone conversation, things were starting off great. He fixed my screen in 15 minutes and I was amazed. I got the scree protector for $15 and it's worth it. I have my phone back and all is well. So glad I found this place!!!

I honestly never write reviews because..well, I'm too lazy to do it. Yet I felt when I left Cyber On U I would be doing a disservice if I didn't. Honestly when I walked in I didn't know what I would get. I had just dropped my IPhone 6 and the entire screen cracked. All I wanted was for it to get fixed, fast and not pay an arm and a leg for it. It took no more than 20 minutes and the price with a brand new tempered glass screen protector was still cheaper then every place I called, and no wait which was important. I didn't get the owner's name when I was there but I guess from reading the rest of the reviews that it was Max. Max was very nice, quick and before we left made sure everything worked. Nice treat while I was there was the chance to see the 3D Printer he purchased and some models he had made, even a dock speaker for his cellphone. Great place, highly recommend.

Very reasonable pricing since all the other places he called were charging a lot more and their reviews were not so great. We were in and out in 25 minutes. Max did a great job, my sons phone is as good as new.

Came last week to repair my ipad and was extremely happy with my repair and also the price......Max is amazing !!!! I would most definitely recommend anyone with a broken electric device to come by and get it fixed. I was so happy with the repair that was done that I am back today to get my other ipad fixed as well.Service was done fast ......and another thing I love about this place is that he uses original apple products.......thanks again Cyber on U for a job well done
