I schedule an initial estimate, their specialist came to our home on time, listened to our needs, discussed his recommendations. We contacted Fancy Glass and Mirrors the next day on our selection and they scheduled our installation the following week. Workers were on time, explained the process and within the time we had the furniture in our home.

We needed an office table furniture and I found Fancy Glass and Mirrors on google maps. I called and discussed with manager my sophisticately customised order. Specialist came up to the house next day to take measurements and further describe available glass options. They called back a hour later with prices and had the order for the new glass in the system that day. In 15 days, when the furniture arrived, installers came and did the installation fluently. They all were super nice guys, very professional and the install is beautiful!

I have been a customer of Fancy Glass and Mirrors for over 10 months now. I could not be happier or more satified with their expert customer service before, during and after installation. I have used their services for custom designed and measured glass commercial cases for my clients - coffee shops, restaurants, stores and private museums. Last week they installed a wide, triple-length commercial display in the bakery in the Jersey City downtown. Tree weeks ago they mounted wall-wide shelves for the private residence's bar. Two months ago they did 11 custom commercial displays. Those was just a few examles. Manufacturing and the installation team are always professional and considerate while taking great care to complete the job as I specified. It is also a tremendous bonus to receive such loyal follow-up service when the case they made for me 10 months ago needed to be moved and re-installed. The team follows through impeccably. I highly recommend Fancy Glass and Mirrors for all your glass and mirror needs.

Fixed the installation appointment right then and showed up on time on the day of installation. Not only did he do a great job, he cleaned up the job site before he left. Very courteous folks in customer service. Fancy Glass and Mirrors appeared on the dot and completed the job of installing the coffee table. They came with few packages, that contained pieces, fitted them together and abracadabra, I have a new table. Everything lasted for 15 minutes!] I would urge Fancy Glass and Mirrors to maintain the high level of service and would call them again if the need should arise.
