Irina Kiblitsky, MD

Irina Kiblitsky, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist and the owner and director of Revived Soul Medical P.C. in Midwood and Brighton Beach in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Kiblitsky treats patients of all ages with emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders using the most innovative, advanced technology and therapies. Dr. Kiblitsky earned her medical degree from Moscow Medical Stomatological Institute in Moscow, Russia. She completed a residency at Moscow City Hospital, where she worked as an attending physician for several years. Dr. Kiblitsky finished a residency in psychiatry at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston and completed a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at McLean Psychiatric Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts. She founded Revived Soul Medical P.C. in 2010. Michael Seropyan, NP

Dr. Suzanne Bilé is a is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and doctor of nursing practice (DNP). She provides compassionate care and medication management, evaluates and treats a variety of mental illnesses: anxiety, depression, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mood disorders, substance use disorders and eating disorders. She focuses on forming therapeutic relationships, educating, and implementing evidence-based treatment to improve the individual’s quality of life. Suzanne is a graduate of Mount Sinai Beth Israel and worked as a psychiatric registered nurse at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island for over five years. She attended Hunter-Bellevue for her Master’s degree and obtained her doctorate from Touro University Nevada. Dr. Bilé’s clinical experience includes counseling patients at the Brooklyn Veterans Affairs Hospital PTSD clinic. She worked at the Renfrew Center of New York where she specialized in the treatment of eating disorders.

Meyerzon Savely, MD

Meyerzon Savely is a dedicated and attentive psychiatrist serving the community of Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Savely attended Belarussian State Medical University, where he received his medical degree, and completed his residency in psychiatry at Elmhurst Hospital Center. He completed his internship in neurology at Minsk State Hospital. Dr. Savely is a part of Medical Mental Arts Center. Patients see him for a variety of reasons, including psychotherapy, depression, anxiety, anger management, schizophrenia, alcoholism and other psychiatric problems. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, working in various roles since 2008 and as a provider since 2018. My work has included serving forensic. substance abuse and underserved populations, allowing me to support those facing significant barriers to mental health care. I’m also certified in trauma spiritual intervention, which enables me to incorporate holistic and spiritual approaches to help individuals heal on multiple levels.

Victoria Smurygin, PMHNP-BC

Victoria Smurygin, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Revived Soul Medical P.C. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adults experiencing a wide range of psychiatric conditions. Victoria earned a second bachelor's degree in Nursing from Wagner College. After several years as a registered nurse, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her diverse professional background has provided her with a unique perspective that combines analytical thinking with compassionate, patient-centered care. Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Victoria worked as an Operating Room Registered Nurse specializing in neurosurgery, spine, and trauma. Assisting in complex brain and spinal surgeries gave her a profound appreciation for the intricate relationship between the brain and human behavior. Witnessing firsthand how neurological conditions can affect cognition, emotion, and quality of life deepened her passion for mental health and strengthened her commitment to helping patients achieve emotional and psychological well-being. Mr. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree in nursing from NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing and earned his Master’s in Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing in New York City. Mr. Johnson plans to continue his doctoral studies at Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing. Mr. Johnson specializes in substance abuse, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar spectrum disorders, schizophrenia, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
